HNDRSN LLC, doing business as Noah Henderson Music ("we," "us," or "our"), operates
the website noahhendersonmusic.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we
collect, use, and share information about you when you visit our Site, purchase our
products or services, sign up for our text or email lists, or otherwise interact with
us.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
• Personal Information: When you make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter or
text list, or enroll in our courses, we may collect personal information such as
your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.
• Consent Records: When you opt in to our text (SMS) or email programs, we record
the date, source, and IP address of your opt-in, as a record of your consent.
• Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with our Site and
our links, including the pages you visit, links you click in our messages, time
spent, and other diagnostic data.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking
technologies to track activity on our Site and store certain information. This
includes the Meta Pixel, which records the pages you visit and certain actions
you take on our Site (such as joining our list) and reports them to Meta so that we
can measure our advertising and reach people likely to be interested in our music.
These technologies may recognize your activity across other websites and apps.
The following third parties set cookies or receive information about your visit:
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement and audience matching
• Pinterest — advertising measurement, on our merch store
• Shopify — our e-commerce platform. Shopify sets identifiers scoped to
noahhendersonmusic.com, which means a visit to our merch store is recognizable
across our other pages on that domain
• Squarespace — our website platform, for its own site analytics
• YouTube (Google) — video embeds on our music, videos, and project pages set
cookies when a page containing a video loads
• beehiiv — our email platform
• Shopify Network Intelligence — our store platform uses purchase and browsing
data from our store, together with data from other Shopify stores, to improve its
products and to inform ad targeting and personalization. No other merchant can see
our data. You can opt out of this sharing using the Do Not Sell or Share link
described below.
• Video: Some of our pages contain embedded video. Where an advertising pixel is
present on the same page, information about the page you viewed — including that it
contained a particular video — may be shared with that advertising platform.
• Email Tracking: Our emails contain a small invisible image that tells us whether
a message was opened, in addition to which links were clicked. If you prefer not
to be counted, most email apps let you block remote images.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To provide and maintain our Site and services
• To process your transactions and manage your orders
• To communicate with you, including sending the text and email messages you have
opted in to receive (new releases, drops, tour dates, and promotional materials)
• To improve our Site and services
• To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside
parties except as described below:
• Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service
providers who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or
servicing you (for example, our SMS provider, email provider, and e-commerce
platform). They may use your information only to perform those services for us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law
or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Advertising Partners: We use advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook and
Instagram), to measure how our advertising performs and to reach people likely to be
interested in our music. For these purposes we may share your email address and
information about your activity on our Site with those platforms, including in
hashed (obscured) form so that it can be matched to an existing account. Your
mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are never included in this, without
exception — see the section immediately below.
• Mobile Information / SMS Consent: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile
phone number or your SMS opt-in (consent) data with any third parties or affiliates
for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third
parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is
shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging program,
and only for that purpose.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages
from Noah Henderson Music at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of
any purchase. Message frequency varies (recurring, up to approximately 4–6 messages
per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to
cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered

5. Security of Your Information
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized
access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or
electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Choices
You have the following choices regarding your personal information:
• Access and Correction: You may access, correct, or delete your personal
information by contacting us at contact@noahhendersonmusic.com.
• Email Opt-Out: You may opt out of promotional emails by following the
unsubscribe link in those emails.
• SMS Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP
to any message from us.
• California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal
information we collect, to request access, correction, or deletion, and to opt out
of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal
information. We do "share" personal information, as that term is defined by the
CPRA, with the advertising platforms described in Section 3, for cross-context
behavioral advertising. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded
from that sharing entirely. To opt out, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal
Information link in our site footer, or contact us at the address below. We will
not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): Some browsers and extensions send a GPC signal,
which California treats as a valid request to stop the sale or sharing of personal
information.
We are working to support this signal; until then, use the Do Not Sell or Share
link below or contact us directly and we will apply your request manually.
• Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no
common industry standard for how to respond to it, and we do not currently
respond to DNT signals. As described in Section 1, the advertising technologies on
our Site do recognize activity across other websites and apps. You can limit this
through your browser or device settings, through the ad preferences offered by those
platforms, or by using the opt-out described above.
6b. If You Are in the UK, EU, or EEA
• Who is responsible: HNDRSN LLC, 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA, is
the data controller.
• Why we use your information (lawful basis): to perform a contract when you buy
something; your consent when you join our email or text list; and our legitimate
interest in measuring and improving our marketing, which you can object to at any
time.
• Your rights: you can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it,
restrict or object to how we use it, ask us to transfer it, and withdraw consent at
any time. Email contact@noahhendersonmusic.com and we will respond within one
month.
• Where your information goes: we are based in the United States, so your
information is transferred there and to our service providers. We rely on the
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or an equivalent approved
mechanism, for those transfers.
• Complaints: you can complain to your national data protection authority, or to
the Information Commissioner's Office if you are in the UK.
• Cookies: EU and UK law requires your consent before non-essential cookies are
set.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to
fulfill orders and meet legal obligations. We retain consent and opt-out records even
after you unsubscribe, as a compliance record — but we stop sending you marketing
messages.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have
collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete
that information.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes
by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
