HNDRSN LLC, doing business as Noah Henderson Music ("we," "us," or "our"), operates
the website noahhendersonmusic.com and its related pages and stores. By accessing or
using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

products, services, courses, tours, merchandise, and any other related activities

Digital downloads you purchase are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial
use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them in a commercial release, a sync,
or a public performance without a separate written license from us.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using
our Services to violate any local, state, national, or international law or to
infringe upon the rights of others.
4. Purchases and Orders
Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice. We may
refuse or cancel an order, including after it has been placed, if a product is
listed at an incorrect price, is unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent. Where
we cancel a paid order, we refund it.
Merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party print and fulfilment partner. Shipping
timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. Where we cannot ship within the time
stated — or within 30 days where no time is stated — we will tell you and you may
cancel for a full refund.
Returns and refunds are governed by the refund policy published in our store, which
forms part of these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges
If we offer a subscription or any recurring charge, we will tell you the price, the
billing frequency, and how to cancel before you are charged, and we will obtain
your affirmative consent to the recurring charge. You may cancel at any time, by the
same means you signed up or by emailing us, and cancellation takes effect at the end
of the current billing period.

terms. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of any purchase, and
you can text STOP at any time to stop receiving them.

including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles,
even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Sacramento County,
California.

on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after
changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
